Our Programs:
Case Management
The Coalition's case management program was developed to help seniors
remain independent in their own homes and maintain a good quality of life
while facing some of the challenges of aging. Perhaps you know an older
person who is struggling to stay at home and having difficulty making
ends meet. Our case managers can help, and are trusted resource on senior
services. Please call the Coalition today with your concerns. A case manager
is on call from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Health Screening - Wellness
Do you have trouble reaching your toes? We sponsor toenail trimming at
several locations each month. They even massage your feet! And if your
blood pressure is your concern, keep an eye on it by having your blood
pressure checked often at one of our blood pressure screening clinics.
Keep fit by working out at the West Madison Senior Center exercise class.

Home Chore Help
Volunteers help with inside and outside cleaning and maintenance of your
home or apartment. There is an income guideline for this program.
Low Vision Support Group
Come and enjoy the camaraderie of those who share your challenges. The
group meets the first Thursday of the month at our senior center for lunch,
a program and companionship.
Nutrition
Come share a meal and meet new friends at one of our nutrition sites.
You'll enjoy the food for the body as well as the mind, as we often follow
the meal with an informative speaker. Or enjoy Saturday night out with
a dinner and a show. We meet throughout the week at several locations.
Senior Center
Our West Madison Senior Center offers lots to choose from during the week.
You can take a class, share a meal, get some exercise, listen to a seminar,
and much more. The West Madison Senior Center is located at 602 Sawyer
Terrace, which is a stone's throw away from the Coalition's office. Their
phone number is 238-0196.

Lab Reminiscence Writing
If you need help with word processing, email, searching the internet or
just want to see what it's all about, come to our computer lab drop-in
sessions.
