Exercise Classes
8:30 - 9:30 AM or 9:45 -10:45 AM
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Classes include flexibility and strengthening exercises, and aerobic workout and optional mat exercises. Newcomers welcome to join at any time. First obtain and complete a physician's consent form (available at the Center office) to present to the instructor the first day you attend class. Class fee is $2 for each class. Pay for the classes you attended at the end of the month.

Tai Chi Class
June 16th through August 20th
3:20 - 4:20 PM (at the Senior Center)
Mondays and Wednesdays
Instructor is Bob Constantine. Cost is $35 for entire session.

For late registration call Madison School Community Recreation (MSCR)/ Goodman Rotary Senior Programs at 204-3023. Classes are for continuing students, who have had some introduction to Tai Chi.

Books are delivered for your convenience. A good selection of recent, large-print books available for checkout. There is no late fee but the Center is responsible for unreturned books.

Knit and Crochet Classes

To register for MATC adult education course: note
course title and course nine-digit number. If interested,
call 246-6240 to register Mondays -Thursdays 12:00 - 6:00 PM
and Fridays from 12:00 - 3:00PM. Comfirmation form and
slip for course fee will be mailed to you.

***Fall course registration through MATC begins in August for the next Knit and Crochet class that starts on September 8th. Class meets on Mondays from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.
